My Name is Melissa,  I'm the proud owner and operator of Befelé Beauty located in Baltimore County, Maryland. I'm 4x certified in multi services,  specializing in Permanent Makeup, and the world famous "Nano Brow" technique. First, I'm a wife, and mother.  Family is most important to me and everything i do, is for them! A little background about me: My passion for the beauty industry started back in 2003 where i studied and performed as a Cosmetologist. In 2021 I ventured into the Permanent makeup & Lash industry. I was trained and certified in Baltimore,MD to perform Permanent Makeup. I took several coarses and also offer tattoo lightening/removal-certified by Li-FT ®️. I'm Also trained & certified to preform various Lash Extensions, Brow Lamination & Lash Lift/Tinting, which are an added service. I take pride in my Art, and I aim to please every single client of mine.
